*Competitors who normally finish at the pointy end of the field and would like to race for a winning time should enter this category. Elite competitors will be given a priority starting position between 9am and 10 am before the rest of the field. There are no age categories for the Elite category.

Maximum Adventure Caps

 

Maximum Adventure Caps:

 

The caps are white and are made from a sports specific polymesh fabric. These lightweight caps are great for running and paddling. Machine washable they protect you from the sun while keeping you cool. Only $15 each with an adjustable strap one size fits all. Pre-order both of these items when entering online.

 

Insurance:

 

Maximum Adventure is covered by its own public liability insurance. This does not include personal accident insurance. It is strongly recommended to take out your own personal accident and ambulance cover for the event. Your private health insurance policy may include this, but you will need to check with them.

 

Refunds & Cancellations:

 

Entry cancellations can be made up to two weeks before the event date, by writing to info@maxadventure.com.au, when a refund (less $20 administration fee) will be made. Refunds will not be given after this date.

If the event has to be cancelled due to weather conditions, natural disaster, acts of god, terrorism, war or any other reason so deemed by the organisers, the event will be rescheduled where possible and no refunds will be issued.

 

Entry Transfers

 

Participants can transfer their entry to another person up until two weeks before the event date. Transfer requests will only be accepted from the current incumbent. Transfer requests must be done in writing to info@maxadventure.com.au. Please state your request to transfer your entry and provide the name and email address of the new person. Entry transfers will incur a $20 admin fee (payable by the replacement).
